Health and wellness are essential to a high quality of life. It's not just about the quantity of years you live but also the quality of those years. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I help individuals and couples take meaningful steps toward improving their health and wellness. We do this together through the identification of areas of potential change, increasing self-awareness and self-efficacy, and sustainable change to desired habits. Exploring all aspects of the complete person is essential in seeing the totality of one's well-being. Time spent in nature, regular natural movement, enjoyable exercise, healthy eating, restorative sleep, balanced relationships, well-managed stress, strong faith, a deep purpose, and progression toward life goals are all vitally important in living a healthy life.

The relationship between a coach and client is co-creative meaning that we are equals in the process and both have an active role. Together we create more power for you to effect meaningful change toward reaching your health and wellness goals.

As your health coach, I am here as a detached thinking partner and accountability partner to help you create a personalized path toward achieving your health and wellness goals. Together we'll identify your health goals and why they're important to you, discover and leverage your strengths, and uncover obstacles and opportunities to overcome them, all while creating lifestyle changes that are sustainable.

Everything we do is focused on your agenda, not mine. You decide what topics we explore, any goals you set, and the route you take to get there.

Discovery Coaching Session

FREE

This 30-minute session will introduce you to the coaching process and the benefits of working with me as your coach. It will also help both of us decide if we're a fit for each other. By the end of this session, you will have created a health vision of your best self. Discovery sessions are always free and open to each individual once. No additional commitment is ever required.
